stec.sfc.Win32.EventLog.get() throws
stec.sfc.Win32.Win32Exception:87 when retrieving
records from large event logs.
This error occurs because of a bug in WIN32 API when
randomly accessing the event log.
Added stec.sfc.Win32.EventLog.next() and
stec.sfc.Win32.EventLog.previous() to sequentually
access the event log.

stec.sfc.Win32.EventLog cannot access the Security
Event Log nor the System Event Log.
Applications that attempt to log to the Security or
the System Event Logs will fail with
stec.sfc.Win32.Win32Exception: 1314 or with
stec.sfc.Win32.Win32Exception: 5.
This limitation is imposed by the WIN32 API.
