Returns/Refunds
Servertec enforces a 30-day return policy provided:

  • The disk seals are not broken and the contents (including documentation) are in resellable condition. All sales are final once the disk seals have been broken.
  • A valid return merchandise authorization number (RMA) is displayed on the outside of the package. To obtain a valid RMA number, please contact Servertec Sales at (201) 998-1048 or at sales@servertec.com.
  • All original package contents are returned in resellable condition.
  • NO REFUNDS AFTER 30-DAY PERIOD.
  • NO REFUNDS AFTER SOFTWARE IS OPENED OR USED.
  • SHIPPING CHARGES AND CREDIT CARD FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
  • SOURCE SUBSCRIPTIONS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.

Standard Support
Registered users with a valid software license are entitled to Standard Support which includes the following features:

  • 30-days of direct technical support email for installation issues, product usage issues, programming questions, and explanation of error messages.
  • The Knowledge Base, a collection of problem / resolution notes.
  • Product updates available for download from our Web site.
Annual Maintenance and Support Subscription
Registered Corporations / Independent Software Vendors (ISV) / Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) with a valid software subscription license are entitled to the following benefits:
  • An unlimited number of support cases may be opened via email.
  • Assistance from a Customer Support Engineer via email for questions regarding product installation, configuration, usage, programming, debugging and messages.
  • The Knowledge Base, a collection of problem / resolution notes.
  • Product releases and updates available for download from our Web site.
